Newmark Knight Frank Client 181 Fremont, I was given the greatest opportunity to work with a great group of designers and brokers internally and externally. This tower is mixed use penthouses upper floors and office space lower floors. It is connected to the new Transbay park. At Newmark I worked with Lauren Whitlock, Karl Baldauf, Alex Sierra. With DES Architects I worked with Waibun Lee and Alvin Toribio. Others involved were Level 10 Construction, and the owners Jay Paul Company. Within this project, I designed: e-blasts, newspaper ADs, digital ADs, printed brochures, client presentations, prospective tenant presentations, exterior signage, and social media ADs. The 181 Fremont logo/brand design was previously created by Wordsearch. With amazing designs and successful teamwork, this building is now 100% leased (floors 5-38/office space) to Facebook as of Fall 2017. This project won Office Development of the Year and Best Lease Transaction in San Francisco at NAIOP SF for the 2018 awards.
