Kelsey Baker - Newmark Knight Frank: Flyers & Brochures

At Newmark Knight Frank (previously known as Newmark Cornish Carey), I work with Leasing Brokers as well. Here I was a Senior Graphic Designer and worked with previous Co-Workers Melanie Tam, Jamie Lindgren, and Sam Havvas. Below are examples of Flyers I created with solid campaigns to lease and sublease buildings all across San Francisco and Oakland California. Within the Flyers and Brochures, I worked on identity/brand development, brand signage for the building, we include all the details of the lease or sublease availability, creating the patterns, design, color schemes, typography choices that compliment the building itself, as well as photo editing of interiors and exteriors, and redrawing or editing the floor plans. NKF's clients consist of working directly with Landlords leasing spaces, or with smaller tech companies to sublease their current space, or finding new clients office space.
