I was given the opportunity to work with Newmark Knight Frank Capital Markets. Two of the brokers are 2018's 'Broker of the Year' Mike Taquino, Kyle Kovac. This team focuses on Investment Sales Commercial Real Estate working in San Francisco and some listings in Oakland, CA as well. These brokers represent the buyers and sellers of multi-million dollar office/retail/residential buildings for sale. The buildings are either new development or repositioning of existing buildings. My role as designer for this team, is to create Offering Memorandums. Each Offering Memorandum has a custom logo design, along with matching Flyer and e-mailer blast to go out to the market. The Flyers and e-blasts are on display below. The 80-120 pages Offering Memorandums books are confidential. Some of these I made solely, and some made with my previous teammate/Coworker/designer Jamie Lindgren.
